Promptvex (“Promptvex”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides an online software-as-a-service platform for analyzing prompts and generating AI video previews and full videos through third-party providers. This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions purchased on https://www.promptvex.online.
By subscribing to a paid plan on Promptvex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Promptvex is a digital, subscription-based service. Each paid plan grants you a monthly allowance of prompt analyses, keyframe previews, draft videos, and full video generations. Every generation you trigger consumes real-time compute on third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, fal.ai, Kling, and Runway) and incurs immediate, non-recoverable cost to us at the moment it is processed.
For this reason, fees paid for a subscription period are non-refundable once the period has begun, except as expressly set out below or where required by applicable law.
All subscription payments to Promptvex are final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds, partial refunds, or refunds of any unused portion of a billing period, regardless of whether you have consumed any or all of the allowances included in your plan.
This applies to monthly and annual billing cycles and to all paid plans.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting us at info@promptvex.online. When you cancel:
If a generation job fails on our side or on the provider’s side and produces no usable output, the corresponding usage will not be counted against your monthly allowance, or you will be issued an equivalent credit to your account. Failed generations do not entitle you to a cash refund.
A generation is considered successful, and is non-refundable, once a deliverable file (image or video) is produced and made available in your account, even if you are not satisfied with its artistic quality. Prompt quality, model behavior, and creative outcome are inherently variable.
If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error, or if you are charged after a valid cancellation, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@promptvex.online with your account email and payment reference. We will investigate and, if the charge is confirmed as erroneous, refund the duplicate or erroneous amount to the original payment method.
If you believe your payment method was used to subscribe to Promptvex without your authorization, contact us immediately at info@promptvex.online. We will work with you and our payment processors to investigate the claim. Where unauthorized use is confirmed, we will refund the affected charges and may close the associated account.
Free plan usage, promotional credits, and trial allowances have no monetary value and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
We ask that you contact us at info@promptvex.online before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback for charges that comply with this policy and our Terms & Conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of approval. The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Promptvex after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
